The hotel impressed me with its attention to detail. Complimentary cleansing oil, facial wash, toner, and face lotion made my short stay feel luxurious. Location stood out. easy bus access to both Kyu Karuizawa and Shiraito Waterfalls made exploring convenient. The room was pristine, showcasing modern decor and comfortable bedding. Staff greeted me warmly and made check-in smooth. I enjoyed my evenings unwinding in the cozy lounge. One downside was limited dining options nearby, particularly in the evening, with most places closed early. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic and I'd consider it again for future visits.

Perfect spot for fam getaways!

We had an awesome stay! The kids loved the cozy room and we enjoyed unwinding in the lounge after busy days. The outdoor dining area was super nice, and we loved grabbin' snacks out there. Only wish there were more places to eat nearby, but easy access to the local shops made up for it!
